A. Take plenty of water and add lots of protien to ur diet

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can take lactation supplements as of now or they are going to be very helpful in increasing your lactation over the period ended the really helps in boosting it up then you can continue with them for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
