good morning sir my child sai sathvik age 3 yr 7 months he's skin was dry skin and he's skin some problem for last 1 yr we consultant doctor he said some vitamin problem and they give Zincovit tonic and we consult skin specialist also they also give some lotions and ointment but my problem was not clear plz give some advise and that problem spreding total body but no itching I will attach picture plz tel me solution for this. thank you
