good morning sir my child has 4months 8days old and got vaccinated on 14th in the morning session still he is suffering from Fever sir giving paracetamol syrup every 8th hourly he became very weak sir what to do please guide us sir

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours j if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
