Good morning sir, My child had rashes on hand and as well near mouth.

It is Possibly be happening due to some allergy so it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician because without checking up it would be very difficult to guide you with the right medicine that you should be applying on to that area so it would be advisable to consult paediatrician ones
