whole fruit is better than fruit juice
grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut
give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts
avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread
breastfeed child for enough fluid intake , also boiled and cooled water intake
