good morning sir my baby age is 3month 2weeks he is weight is 5kgs. is it current age weight for age.... how to him weight gain..

Generally they increase 400-800 gm per month,by 5-6 months double their birth weight.
Check if baby increased according to average range of weight,according to age baby weight is good if birth weight is below 3.2 kg.
Exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested until 5 complete months and 14-17 hours sleep a day ,give regular massage warm water bath ,tummy full feeding for good sleep.
