Q.

Good morning sir my 4 year daughter is regularly suffering from fever, stomach ache. kindly suggest me something about it. Dr said that she's having gastric problem.

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflafmmatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can fg be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. hi dear When investigating recurrent fever, the most likely etiology to consider is infection. Especially in children under the age of six years, the most common cause of multiple febrile episodes is the occurrence of repeated upper respiratory tract infections (e.g., pharyngitis, otitis media).
