Good morning sir, mom n dad is suffering from covid and cure but after 8 days of curing there son 10 month old baby boy is suffering from fever they take calpol syrup to baby afer syrup fever is normal it's any bad indication.

Keep her hydrated
You mah give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning.
As far as getting her tested is concerned , please consult the physician you trust the most
