good morning sir, im Tulasi neha's mother, she is 4months old baby, she facing digestion problem,one's in four days she having her motion . what is the solution for this problem sir

A. baby is 4 month old In constersConstipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor
