Q.
good morning sir...I have twin girl baby..In the end of 8 the month itself I gave birth...Now they have 5 months just two days before...I couldn't feed mother milk..so I feed Nan pro powder and rice flavour cerelac...till now they are good..but often they are affected by cold..give me suggestions please

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do not give rice water or other weaning food before completing 6 month.. continue with ebf.
Clean your hands.
-Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby.
