Q.
Good morning sir, I have a child and he is now 1 year 6 months old .. Now I' m a 6 and half months pregnant... I m still breastfeeding to my baby.. so my question is can I breastfeed both babies ? or If I stop breast feeding now is there any problem to my second baby? or my milk production will become less if I stop now ? Please clarify

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
