Good morning ,My younger kid has 4 year 3 months old he speaks only words not completely by sentence whatever he needs communicates through by words. I was very worried about this.Could please suggest anything?

A. Your child must be going to school now so start doing exercising where you do question and answer with your child like what is your name what are you eating and teach your child to respond in a sentence so slowly your child is going to pick up it is going to require a lot of practice to get your child into the mode of sentence formation
