good morning, my son 2year 10months, he was suffering from cold then fever, then loose motions, now motions has stopped but he get pain when motion is about to come, and he is not feeling to eat anything or drink anything.... what is the exact reason? is it because of climate change or some other issues

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
