Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a pdroper hydration nfeeds to be maintained .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. See Due to fever and lose motions your child may be suffering with weakness because lose motions create a lot of weakness and dehydration in the body so you should give as much water to the child as you can coconut water buttermilk along with that give ORS in glucose water regularly to the child once your child gains the state appetite is going to be better and start with multivitamin as well
