good morning ...my name is Vijaya IAM covid positive my child 16 months completed can give to my breast milk for my child.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is always advisable to maintain some distance from the baby at least for 10 days till you are covid negative have proper face mask to the baby maintain proper hygiene also

yes you can.
but be careful while feeding your child.
I mean,wear mask ,gloves and wash your hands before and after feeding your child.
but if you are taking medicines then first inform your treating doctor that you are nursing mother so he or she will prescribe needed medicines as per this then you can feed your child.
