good morning my daughter is 20 menth old and she fell down from bed ,she got swelling on her forehead plz suggest any gel or painkiller...

A. Hello, your baby girl is 20 months old and she fell down from the bed and she has a bump on her forehead so just give her 2 ml syrup paracetamol three times a day and apply ice cube at the bump,don’t worry
