Q.

Good morning..My daughter age 14 years...She is very thin and weak.. What types of food may help her to proper nutrition.She don't want have properly her meals.

A. give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal 3 meals and two healthy snacks good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet top milk intake should not be more than 450 ml
