Q.

Good Morning, My baby is premature baby. Now I'm feeding Breast milk (Secretion is low) but I'm trying daily... I'm also feeding Formula milk. I want to know How much Formula milk is good for her...

A. everytime feed the baby with breast milk if it is inadequate you can give 30 to 60 ml of formula milk for baby increased 32 60ml depending on the need

A. Babies under six months take on an average around 750 ml to 900ml per day (including Breastmilk and formula) split up into seven to nine feeds based on their appetite. But since ur baby is premature you should take it slowly. You can start with sixty ml and Try increasing the baby's feed by five or ten ml and see if he or she tolerates it without spitting or vomiting. Then slowly increase the quantity and the extend the interval between feeds. If the baby spits up or vomit then you have to continue with the same amount u give the baby now for few more days and then try again
