Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. yes it is ok .Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
