Q.

Good morning Mam, My daughter is 8 years 10 month old. When she was around 8 her breast buds started and pain in the breast so I consulted to a doctor and on his advice I just stopped giving her junk food. Breast buds didn't grow much. But now it has started growing again she is around 9. I am worried about my daughter. I just want to know when she can get her periods. is it the right age? can we delay her puberty by changing lifestyle? kindly help

A. can be hormonal concern. it s not possible to comment upon like this as for this may need a more detailed information and also a personal examination so best can ask a doctor for this . . .
