Good Morning Mam,I have melasma on my face.what should I have to take for removing this??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. thara are because of hormonal changes, use alie vera gel.. have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine.
You can apply lemon juice on the melasma spots and gently rub it for two to three minutes everyday.
