Good morning madam, my son age is 8 month, while baby go to motion it's getting too hard what's the reason mam.

A. ye sas this is so hard stools can be painful for baby . to prevent constipation change diet habit s . can give fibre rich foods like whole grains Dalia Suji and also seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables like spinach etc also give plenty of water and fluids like curd , buttermilk
