good morning ma'am. My baby vomits after every feeding. even I always give him Domstal drops before feeding as Dr. consultant

If your baby is spitting some amount of milk after feeding than that is totally normal babies do this so you should definitely not worry about it at all. You just have to keep your baby on your shoulder for sometime after every feed it will help baby to digest milk easily
