good morning everyone meri baby k gle pr ye kya ho gya hai ..kitna v saf kiya ni nikl rha .. mujhe lga ye gandagi hai to lukewarm water se saaf ki par red ho gya skin.. please help

A. This is not dirt and happens due to insulin. Is your baby over weight? Please get this checked with pediatrician

Yes it is looking like that the dirt has gotten accumulated into this area you can clean it properly with any good soap and after that apply good moisturiser still if you see the dirt is not going then you can check with your doctor they can advise you with a particular soap or wash to use
