Good morning Dr., my son is 4 years old, he is getting viral infection continuously when go outside or school, there is pattern first suffocation then runny nose then cough n fever, hw to build his immunity, his hemoglobin is also 10.5, he can't attend school properly, what should I do??pls help i tried homeopathy also
