good morning Dr my son is 3 years and 10 months old and his weight is only 13kg. He doesn't talk properly ,fussy eater Ia m too worried please suggest what should I do?

Hi mom As ur child is going to be four years old, as still not talking properly then u need to consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide you with some therapies which will help ur child to speak properly and fluently. secondly Give all that you cook for ur family. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur kids diet for weight gain
