good morning Doctor... this is Nagesh my daughter has motion problem.. once in 4-5 days she will do...that is also very hard... she is four year old kid sir

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. please give adequate water ok try glycerine suppository occasionally Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

please avoid maida items
please give more liquid diet
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
please include natural probiotics
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
