Good morning doctor. My son has severe cough at night since 3 days, especially when he is asleep, he has postnasal drip too, i feel like mucus is getting accumulated in his throat. i am giving him Ambrodil S, other than cough everything is fine. Please advice. Thank you.

A. if the child is suffering from severe cough and cold first of all get a proper examination done then only the medicines should be given in a proper way consult your doctor for this
