Good morning doctor My six year old daughter has severe hair fall. Can it be due to stress or poor diet. please suggest some tonic for her.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. hair fall at this age can be due to some type of allergy or sensitivity of the skin in the scalp. it may be also related to a fungal infection which might cause hair loss. nutritional deficiency is also one of the cafuse causing hair loss. maintain hygiene and do regular hair washing. meet your doctor to find exact cause of hair loss and proper treatment and need of supplements and give proper nutritious diet for hair growth

follow a good hair care routine as oil massage with coconut oil wash at least twice a wk with mild shampoo egg mask or curd mask..
