good morning doctor. my child is one year old and I could see slight bow legs when he is trying to stand up. is this normal or shall I take him for diagnosis?

A. this type of of legs is totally normal. no treatment is required except proper diet. kindly continue vitamin d supplementds if you are not taking the child in sunlight. if proper difet is being given then there is no need to worry about any calcium supplement. the curved legs/ bend legs usually take a normal shape by two years to three years of age. if in doubt then meet the doctor.
