Good morning Doctor, My child is 3.6 years old n she wears diapers in the night time, few times I have seen yellow like little discharge in her diaper. why is this happens? please tell the reasons n solutions for this please. I'm really concerned about it. Thank you doctor

A. hello yes is noql n npt a problem but eomething unusual or doul smell then is better to check ir doctor n she will be wble to guide u accordingly n wpuld also be safe too no worries
