Good morning doctor My both babies are twins, having 02 years old.some times having constipation issues... Is there any remedies for that

A. hi yes there are. first, you need to maintain good hydration throughout the day avoid giving maida based food products give easily digestible food items like fruits, green veggies more encourage your child to do more physical activities best to give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time
