good morning doctor my baby is not eating anything and her weight is 9 now her age is 1year 6 months how can i manage her diet. she like fruits but frm two days onwards she is not eating anything. I'm so worried about her. please give any suggestion thank youπ

as its been 2 days that she isnt eating well kindly observe her activity level, and also her motion and urine output.
