Good morning doctor my baby girl is 4months 15 days .... she is feeding formula milk since she is second month... and now a days she is vomiting milk immediately after she feeds... she is not gaining weight... please suggest me what else can I do for her...

Little vomit or curd type vomit is normal in babies. This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up.
What is the weight of ur baby now??
If the weight is anywhere between 5.6 - 8.6 then the weight of ur baby is fine..
If less than 5.6 then consult with ur doctor for the same
