RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Actually take the temperature with the thermometer and if you see it is 99° and you can give medicine otherwise you can just do cold compress to reduce the temperature on the forehead if there’s no fever don’t give any medicine
