good morning doctor i m mother of 2months and 15days old baby i had caesarean delivery i am feeling dizzy almost all the time is it normal or something to worry pls help

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see one important reason is lack of sleep. ok so try yo find more sleep.then try to eat a high energy diet as thst will help a lot. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates
