Good morning doctor, I'm having severe body pain . My gynocologist adviced combiflam, is it safe during lactation ? I had one tablet

A. yes you can take combiflam during lactation also there is no problem but avoid regular use of the medication and instead it would be advisable to take plane Paracetamol as a mild painkiller

A. Analgesics such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, naproxen and codeine are considered to be 'safe', due to low transfer into breast milk and few problems with extensive usage.
