Q.
Good morning doctor.. I am 8th month.. since last month blood test shows my sugar levels are high.. FBS 101 mg /dl GTT with 75 gm glucose is 202 in 1 hour and 172 in 2 hours.. kindly advice me the diet to follow right now. I am taking metformin 250 daily morning last week FBS is 91 mg/dl..
