Good morning Doctor, All the my daughter felling sick, atleast 2 months once she will get cold..She is 3 years 11 months old

A. please try luke warm mustard oil with little ajwain on baby's feet, back and chest for early cure of cold.

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex codld/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associateed symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
