Good morning doc... My son is 3month 10days old.. Can I start feeding him Ragi and Nestum ??

A. no please, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Till 6 months of life , breastmilk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby. It is all they need, even in hot weather Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life. g
