Good morning doc, my son is 1.5 years old and I breastfeed him during the night only.....m planning to stop breastfeeding from this Friday....should I take any tablet to stop the milk supply or plz suggest me the way to go about its

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. There shouldn't be any need to have tablets The supply should decrease as the demand decreases But every woman's body is different. So even after stopping if u feel heaviness then it's good to consult with your gynecologist once. Instead of weaning abruptly , you can reduce the frequency of feeding at night in a gradual way and eventually stop it. Take it slowly.
