A. proper nutritional meal breakfast as poha upma idly uthapam dosa suji halwa cornflakes chocos mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as veg cutlet bread pokada potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
