good mornibg ma'am I m 8 months pregnant so can I continue with ecosprin 150 tablet or not

Drink plenty of water. Do walking. Do breathing exercises. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
