good evening sir, my baby is 4 month old but her health is not good,she looks so weak by body but activity are too good and so normal and she is premature baby, so please suggest me what to do for best healthy body

As Oh no your child is only four months of an age you can go ahead with giving formula feeding and breastfeeding to the child if you feel that your child is weak then start giving formula feeding and ask your doctor to advise if the best one which is going to be healthy and overall
