Good evening sir ....I am vinitha , mother of 5 month girl baby .....when can I started to give cow milk to my baby? .2).Is mother milk will be reduced while doing my fitness training ?

Yes If you go ahead with fitness training as of now of course you’re a breastfeeding is going to reduce down for sure and also cows milk can only be introduced to the child after completing the age of 56 weeks not before that so you be particular about that this
