Good evening, my daughter was playing with her cousin brother he had beaten with a charger on her head ,I had kept ice pack on her head there is no swelling on her head please suggest me what to do?

A. Depending upon if the intensity was too high then the child could have gotten hurt that you would have noticed but right now there is no swelling nothing but still you should let the 24 hours and post that within that time if you see any abnormal activity field this is not right or certain vomiting or anything which is alarming and immediately check with the Dr
