Good evening my 10 month old daughter is having 102 fever from two days after I put paracetamol it cools down and again the fever increases what it may be should I do any tests?

A. yes it happens. baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like  calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours . fever is an immune response and is a sign so if fever is recurrent and persists then we need some tests and need a pediatrician visit
