Good evening Dr. Imran My son is 4months 12days old, his weight is 5.3kg( birth weight was 2.8kg), length is 64cm. he has a lean built. Should i be worried regarding weight? He is feeding well and bowel bladder habits are normal. Thank you in advance

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, a weight of 5.3 kg is a normal weight for 4 months 12 days old baby considering a birth weight of 2.8 kg. Also if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
