good evening Dr.. I hv 5 month old son he's surfing with cold n cough kindly suggest some home remedies

Start giving indirect steam to the baby by using a vaporizer and keep head little elevated while sleeping and apply vicks baby rub on chest back and sole of the feet and roast some ajwain on tawa and make a potli and keep it close to the baby and put nasoclear nasal drops

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and clears the congestion. Also consult your paediatric for any Medicine required.
