A. it's due to BCG vaccine. it seems to be all fine as per the information given here so right now no need to be worried for still if you are not sure then can take an opinion about this so don't worry about this issue.

A. Puss Is building up inside it is an infection you’ll have to get it up and chat with your doctor and then only they can advise you to apply suncream on to that area this is very common after BCG vaccination any time so I think you should consult your paediatrician ones
