good evening doctor. my age is a 5 months 28 dys ofter delivery ,to much back pain is coming every day..

There can be different reasons for it, otherwise you should start eating proper balanced diet daily take a glass full of milk daily and ask the doctor for iron and calcium supplements , it can help you
